INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

DATA CONTROLLER

Pier Antonio Marchesi, with registered office at 8 via Triachini – 40138 Bologna (BO), acts as the Data Controller (hereinafter “Controller”) of the personal data provided by Customers, Suppliers, and anyone who voluntarily communicates them to the Controller.

OBJECT OF THE PROCESSING

The Controller processes personal identifying data (e.g. name, surname, email, etc.) communicated by the interested party for the purposes referred to in the following point.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data collected are the object of the processing and are processed and used to:
a) fulfill requests sent by the interested parties themselves, for which the express consent of the interested party is not required (art. 6 letter b), e) GDPR);
The legal basis for such processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures;
b) manage the contractual relationship: the processing of the interested party’s personal data takes place to carry out preliminary and/or subsequent activities to the purchase of a Service and/or Product as well as to fulfill any other obligation arising from the contract;
The legal basis for such processing is the execution of the contract.
c) send communications via SMS and/or email relating to the fulfillment of the contract, even without explicit consent;

The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA

The processing is necessary for purpose of legal obligation .

MINORS

The Controller’s services are also intended for minors under 18 years of age, therefore the Controller collects personal information relating to minors. For processing concerning minors, consent must be given by the person exercising parental authority.

PROCESSING METHODS

The processing of personal data is carried out through electronic tools (ref. operations pursuant to art. 4, no. 2 GDPR), or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in a way that guarantees their security.

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data of the interested party are stored for the time necessary to complete the relationships existing between the parties and in any case no longer than 10 years from the termination of the existing relationship. In the event of legal disputes, for the entire duration of the same, until the terms of practicability of the appeal have expired. With reference to the processing for the purpose of sending newsletters and for profiled marketing initiatives, the data will be stored until consent is revoked, and in any case, no longer than 10 years from the last interaction. After the storage terms indicated above, the data will be destroyed, deleted, or made anonymous, compatible with the company’s technical cancellation and backup procedures.

DATA PROVISION

The provision of data is mandatory for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) of this information notice, from which purpose c) arises. Any refusal to provide the aforementioned data will prevent the company from following up on the establishment of the relationship and processing the request.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data may be processed by external subjects acting as data controllers, such as, for example, banking institutions, authorities, and supervisory and control bodies, and generally by public or private entities authorized to access the data.
The data may also be processed on behalf of the Company by external subjects designated as Data Processors, to whom appropriate instructions are given. These subjects are essentially related to:

  • professional offices for the management of fiscal and accounting activities and for legal assistance;
  • companies providing website maintenance services;
  • companies providing internal IT system management and maintenance services.

AUTHORIZED PARTIES

The data may be processed by the employees and/or collaborators of the company responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized to process the data and have received appropriate operating instructions.

DATA TRANSFER

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In your capacity as an interested party, you enjoy all the rights set out by Articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR.
By contacting the Controller Pier Antonio Marchesi at the email address reception@unangolodibologna.it, the interested party may ask the Company for access to the data concerning her/him, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the case provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR as well as oppose, for reasons connected to her/his particular situation, to the processing carried out for the legitimate interest of theController.

Furthermore, in the event that the processing is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out by automated tools, the interested party has the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without impediments.

The interested party has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time for marketing purposes and to object to the processing of data processed for the same purposes. The interested party may also choose to be contacted for the aforementioned purpose exclusively through traditional methods, and may object only to receiving communications through automated methods.

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State where he/she resides or works, or the State where the alleged violation occurred.

EXTERNAL MANAGERS AND AUTHORIZED PERSONS TO PROCESS

The updated list of external Managers,authorized persons to process, , and System Administrators is kept at the Controller’s registered office, where it may be consulted by the interested party at any time.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

This Privacy Notice is valid from the date indicated at the bottom. The Controller may make changes and/or additions to this Policy, which remains available to the interested party on the website unangolodibologna.it and in any case visible in the places where the services are provided.
