It’s a cosy apartment renovated in January 2025, with attention to detail, to allow you a comfortable stay for work, tourism and also health-related reasons, thanks to the proximity to Villa Laura private hospital, Bellaria and Sant’Orsola hospital.
It is on the second floor with elevator.
Everything is designed to optimize your stay; the bright bedrooms equipped with designer beds will allow you to rest comfortably after enjoying our historic, cultural and beautiful city.
The apartment is divided into 2 portions, totally independent with different sets of keys:
- “San Luca” – 34 mq
- “Nettuno” – 25 mq
“San Luca” – (34 mq)
We can accommodate up to 2 guests and consists of:
- One bedroom with two single beds 90 x200, Barone memory mattresses, walk-in wardrobe, smart TV and mirror, and air conditioned
- 1 bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and washing machine;
- a living room with kitchen (Scavolini) equipped with a two-zone induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery for 2 people
- table for 2;
- free wifi (Fastweb 2.5 Gbps fibre);

Each bedroom is cooled with Daikin units equipped with Flash Streamer technology, which makes air healthier.

The apartment is adjacent to Via Bellaria, with its cafes, pastry, restaurants and pizzeria for a pleasant evening out, pharmacy, supermarket and food shops. From via Bellaria you can easily reach the city centre by bus and visit the various museums and attend shows in the city theaters such as Arena del Sole, Duse, Comunale, etc..
